All Night Gong Puja, Essex

  • Farnham Village Hall Essex CM23 1HU UK (map)

Join us for a very special night of meditation, sound and healing with Aatma Holistic in collaboration with Aiya Star.

Book Here

We commence with a gentle opening outdoor ceremony under the last supermoon of 2022 (in Aquarius) and set our intention for the night with the theme of gratitude as we connect to the Moon before we move indoors for the gong bath.

We will draw upon the harmonic frequencies of various gongs and other magical instruments to cocoon you into a deep state of bliss and relaxation in a beautiful sacred space. A ceremonial altar will be created as a focal point for prayers and intention.

Sound and Gong Baths are said to bring many benefits including bringing inner stillness where deep healing can occur. They can also strengthen the nervous system and balance the chakras thereby increasing energy/vitality and alleviating stress.

The Gong Puja was created by Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux where the gongs are continuously played throughout the night for 7.5 hours (equivalent to 10 x 45min back to back gong baths) which is said to be a complete sound journey for shifting blockages and bringing in divine, powerful healing.

Please wear comfortable, warm clothing and bring water, blankets, yoga mats, cushions, eye masks, airbeds etc. to feel comfortable through the night as you will be undoubtedly be drifting in and out of sleep trance.

Susie (Aiya Star) is a sound channel using gongs, singing bowls as well as her voice, bringing through light codes and light language as well as a channel of energy to support and guide through transitions and activations.

Chetna is an experienced Reiki Master, Moon Mother and Gong/Sound Healing Practitioner.
