Join us for a weekend of healing and bliss at our heal the healer retreat!
We are truly blessed to work at this venue at Dev Aura “House of Light” which is a beautifully restored country rectory and the home of the Aura Soma Academy. It is set on acres of land with a hugging tree, meditation sanctuary and various nature-nooks for contemplation and peace. There is also an option to visit the biodynamic “Shire” farm with a chakra path and standing stones.
We will commence on Friday on arrival with gentle yoga to relax and stretch your body followed by dinner and an evening meditation with gong bath to send you off into a deep peaceful sleep. On Saturday we will be offering free workshops (yoga, drum journey, womb blessing ceremony, kinesiology, cacao ceremony with gong bath) and three healing exchanges giving you plenty of opportunity for healing. On Sunday we have morning yoga, meditation and an opportunity to send out global healing as a community before we depart.
The rectory has a stunning conservatory with incredible crystals where we will hold the workshops and connect with the gentle restoring vibrations for the weekend.
Seasonal vegetarian meals are made with bio-dynamically grown vegetables/ herbs from neighbouring organic farms. Breakfast is at 8am, Lunch 1pm, Dinner 7pm and refreshments throughout the day are all-inclusive. Dietary restrictions can be catered for.
This retreat is available to holistic practitioners of all disciplines and is an opportunity to gather and connect with like-minded souls in a nurturing space. There is an opportunity to get involved with our workshops if you would like to however you may also chose to sit back, relax and enjoy our offerings.
Chetna and Zoe each have over 20 years of experience as holistic practitioners and teachers.
