Connecting to the Heart, April New Moon (Venus) Gong Bath, 27 April 2025, Richmond
Join us for an afternoon of meditation, sound and healing with Chetna as we connect to our hearts for the April New Moon and journey through the sacred sounds of the gongs.
Chetna will guide you through a Heart Opening Meditation and Sound Bath with the Venus, Mars & Earth Planetary Gongs and other magical instruments to cocoon you into a state of bliss. This session will focus on connecting to the heart as we manifest our dreams and harness the energy of the new moon from a state of love.
Sound and Gong baths are known to bring many benefits including bringing inner stillness where deep healing can occur. They can also strengthen the nervous system and balance the chakras thereby increasing energy/vitality and alleviating stress.
The church dates back to 1896 and has a beautiful apse and stained glass to create beautiful reflective colours as we play the gongs. The church also has incredible acoustics which is perfect for sound healing.

Chetna regularly runs events, workshops and retreats. She is a Gong Master, Reiki Master and Teacher in various modalities of healing. She has over 20 years of experience and training.

Address: Richmond Unitarian Church, Ormond Road, Richmond, TW10 6TH (Side Entrance). There is no parking at the church however there are plenty of car parks in Richmond. The church is close to Richmond Bridge and is within walking distance from Richmond train/tube station.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring blankets, yoga mats, eye masks and cushions to feel warm and cosy during the session. You might also wish to bring a bottle of water.
Precautions: Tinnitus, Pacemaker, Pregnancy, Epilepsy, Severe Mental Health Disorders. Do not consume alcohol, recreational drugs or too much caffeine before attending a gong bath.
