Winter Solstice All Night Gong Puja, 21 December 2024, Richmond

from £88.00

Sleep with the gongs with Chetna & Pareena at our All night Gong Puja as we play gongs through the night for the Winter Solstice and honour the return of the light.

The Winter Equinox is the shortest day. It is a time of stillness and releasing cycles or patterns in your life that no longer serve you.

We commence with an opening ceremony and meditation followed by continuous gongs through the night. You will awaken at sunrise to the sound of beautiful delicate instruments.

We will draw upon the harmonic frequencies of various planetary gongs and other magical instruments to cocoon you into a deep state of bliss and relaxation in a beautiful sacred space.

Sound and Gong Baths are said to bring many benefits including bringing inner stillness where deep healing can occur. They can also strengthen the nervous system and balance the chakras thereby increasing energy/vitality and alleviating stress.

The Gong Puja was created by Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux where the gongs are continuously played throughout the night for 7.5 hours (equivalent to 10 x 45min back to back gong baths) which is said to be a complete sound journey for shifting blockages and bringing in divine, powerful healing.

Chetna regularly runs events, workshops and retreats. She is a gong master, reiki master and teacher in various modalities of healing. She has over 20 years of experience and training. She is the founder of Aatma Holistic.
